Your tasks

  • Independent processing of project tasks in the field of civil and traffic engineering
  • Provision of technical services in all phases of the HOAI
  • Monitoring and coordination of engineering offices for infrastructure and development measures
  • Compliance with public procurement and contract law as well as deadlines and cost framework
  • Acceptance, invoicing and handover of planning and construction services to users

Your profile

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in civil engineering or comparable qualification
  • Ideal knowledge in landscape architecture or open space planning
  • Knowledge in the various phases of the HOAI, planning and construction management experience as well as ideally in public procurement and contract law
  • Proficient in MS Office, an AVA and ideally in a CAD program
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
  • Willingness to work on construction sites at great heights or in confined spaces
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for work (pool car) within the branch's jurisdiction
