Your workplace

In our stationary residential and assistance offer in the Hamburg district of Steilshoop, 14 people with disabilities live. Our residents receive assistance, advice, support and accompaniment in their everyday lives. Our district is surrounded by nature and invites you to take wonderful walks with its extensive green areas. Contacts with the multicultural neighborhood are also actively sought and cultivated in Steilshoop. Would you like to become part of our team? Your tasks

  • Personal assistance for people with disabilities in their living space and areas of life
  • Support in the areas of living, self-care and household tasks
  • Accompaniment in activities related to basic care, health promotion and health maintenance
  • Assistance with participation in the social environment, cultural life, leisure activities as well as work and employment opportunities
  • Joint development and implementation of goals together with the clients
  • Creation of assistance plans and social reports
  • Communication at different levels with clients, relatives and legal guardians
