- Reviews pertinent intake information
- Provides participants with the supports necessary to meet their goals and objectives
- Partners with individuals and E&E staff to assist in determining weekly schedule and E&E activities
- Assists in developing E&E volunteer sites and/or work sites
- Effectively supports the E&E Director of training Center Programs in planning daily/weekly activities based on the individual PCSP's
- Under the direction of the E&E Director of Training Center Programs, prepares weekly/monthly participant schedules
- Provides data collection related to each individual that reflects progress, problems, solutions and other pertinent information
- Attends all inservice classes and staff meetings as required by EXCEED
- Any other jobrelated duties as assigned by the E&E Director of Training Center Programs
- 21 years or older
- Department of Justice fingerprint clearance
- Valid California Driver's License; acceptable driving record
- State minimum required auto insurance
- Reliable transportation to transport participants to E&E activities
- Proficient knowledge on the use of Google Drive, emails and tablets
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Ability to role model socially appropriate behavior and attitude for participants
- Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
- B.A. in Social Services or related field preferred; or A.A. in Social Services or related filed preferred with at least two years' experience in Social Services; or a High School diploma with at least three years' experience in Social Services required.
- Ability to express ideals clearly both written and orally
- Have good English grammar skills
- Must pass a criminal record clearance
- Ability to physically demonstrate or lead a small class
- Sitting, walking and standing are a part of daily routine while instructing or observing the participant
- Ability to tolerate extremes in temperatures
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Fingering skills to complete paperwork
- Sense of feeling for temperature and safety
- Coordination for lifting, carrying, climbing and balancing
- Coordination for stooping, reaching, crouching, and crawling
- Good vision and hearing to relate effectively with participants and community
- Capacity to interpret instructions and communicate to participants
- Math skills to complete required paperwork
- Ability to meet deadlines and ensure timely submission of information requested
- Good judgment to advocate, recognize safety hazards, and apply appropriate behavior modification techniques

E&E Group Supervisor
GENERAL STATEMENT OF FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the E&E Director of Training Center Programs, supports participants on a day-to-day basis in meeting the objectives outlined in their PCSP.
E&E Group Supervisors are responsible for implementing program curricula; directly delivering individual and small group learning experiences to assist the persons served in obtaining their PCSP objectives; maintaining data regarding participant progress.
