We are currently in search of a passionate Supervisor in Perris to join our team.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Providing supervision to direct staff, clients and their families
- Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families
- Conducting assessments and write reports
- Staff training and development
- Occasional running of social skills groups
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- Management experience and skills
- Two years of proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum
- Flexibility
- Comfortable with learning and teaching new software
- Completion of newhire requirements
- BCBA coursework is a plus
- Professionalism, leadership, and sensitivity.
