**General Qualifications**

The CISS will shall provide a qualified person to assist in conducting, managing, coordinating, controlling, integrating, and providing oversight of CI activities to support DCIP in accordance with DoDI and other DoD policies and procedures and applicable DISA instructions.

Must have completed a baseline Counterintelligence Fundamentals course.

Completion of the DoD Counterintelligence Agent Credentialing Course at the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) or military equivalent school preferred, but not required.

Provides intelligence operational support for Federal and commercial customers, including; receiving, processing, conducting and analyzing foreign travel, foreign contact reports and foreign visitor briefings and debriefings to identify counterintelligence concerns.

Maintain counterintelligence databases used to report foreign travel, foreign contacts and foreign visitor activities.

Writing all- source intelligence analytical products, with a specific focus in providing support for RDA & RDT&E programs in a cyber-environment.

Responsible for drafting Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) and/or CI/InT referrals when pertinent information is obtained during routine duties or during travel, visit, and contact briefings and/or debriefings.

Assists with conducting Counterintelligence inquiries for reported incidents to determine potential Foreign Intelligence, International Terrorism and Associated Cyberspace Contacts, Activities, Indicators and Behaviors

Assists in the development of vulnerability and all-source threat assessments designed to support agency missions, plans, goals and objectives.

**Required Skills**

Must have 5-8 years commensurate experience as a CI professional.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite / SharePoint / Adobe Pro / Intelligence Tools;

Military intelligence training and proficiency in the applied discipline preferred; and

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
