    • Dallas NorthJob Summary Caliber Auto Glass Technicians are responsible for repairing or replacing cracked, chipped, or damaged automotive glass.
    Role and Responsibilities Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standardsAbility to perform repairs on damaged glassComplete a pre and post inspection with customerMay utilize various tools and scanning equipmentComplete documentation of repair orders on mobile deviceCheck in parts and communicate needs with urgencyAbility to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damagingEffectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasksMobile position based out of a company provided vehicleClean vehicle of glass debris and/or glass that may be a result of the glass being damaged by impact or repair process, including any excess materials on visible surfacesEnsures that all equipment, materials, and areas of operation are in safe working orderPerform a final inspection with the customer and get customer's signature on all paperwork as necessaryComplete all administrative duties and payment collection upon completion of jobAccountable for assigned inventory (including vehicles, mobile devices, tools, other equipment provided)

    Perform other duties as assignedQualifications, Education & Experience Minimum 2 years of automotive glass industry experienceKnowledge of glass installation and replacement practicesExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficientlySelf-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused visionRequirements:
    Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR checkAbility to pass a background checkMust be able to lift 60 pounds independentlyTravel may be required for continuing education and certification trainingRequires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stoopingRequires frequent driving of company and customer vehiclesExtensive travel within assigned area is expectedMay have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicalsAbility to work in a shop or mobile environment during inclement weatherRequired to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
