Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Make Ready Technician to join our team.

As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" status in a timely manner and according to the manager's timetable.

Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this role.


Duties:

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklist in regards to makeready. Inform Lead Maintenance and Community Manager of needed services and repairs.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance tasks
• Conduct repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects
• Check all lights and replace as necessary.
• Replace or repair windows, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets.
• Check applicable appliances and inform Lead maintenance of problems.
• Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartment.
• Make keys when necessary.
• Check faucets sink plugs and repair/replace as necessary.

Skills:

• Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge
• Experience in facilities maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
