New Story offers customized and targeted consultative services including assessment, strategic planning, in-school and in-classroom supports designed to strengthen the quality of special education services in schools, provided additional capacity and knowledge to staff and contribute to small and large-scale improvements across the district.
\Provide supervision to assigned RBTs, BTs and other classroom leaders and/or support personnel to support identified goalsProvide oversight for one or multiple student's ABA programs in the classroom including oversight for paraprofessionals who are working with the student(s) directly.
\Provide direct intervention, instruction and supervision to classroom support personnelMonitor program and progress and provide daily progress reporting and data analysis
Assist with development of behavior strategies, IEP goals focusing on behavior reduction and replacement behaviors and data collection tools and methodology
Provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) for classroom staff on identified interventions
\Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study. \2 Years' experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
~ NYSED Bilingual Extension certification preferred
