Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of dedicated Behavior Technicians, providing inhome ABA services to ages 31
  • Conduct remote and inperson assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor the progress of your clients.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for successful plan implementation.
  • Support your team through regular virtual meetings, providing feedback, training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay informed about the latest ABA research and best practices.
  • Engage in meetings and case conferences to enhance your skills and receive support from our clinical leadership team.

Qualifications:

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York state is required for consideration
:


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong telehealth experience, including assessments and supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use various platforms for telehealth services (experience with CentralReach is a plus).
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (major plus)
