    Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a reputable non-profit organization in their efforts to find a Program Coordinator to join their enrollment team. This is an onsite, 8 week contract paying $20-23/hr, depending on experience.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating enrollment of individuals into various programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting our mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enrolling individuals into monthly assistance programs
    • Communicating with applicants through email and phone correspondence, practicing compassion and excellent customer service
    • Maintaining and updating the database with up to date information
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program goals are met
    • Serve as the main point of contact for program participants, vendors, and partners
    • Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and communications
    • Monitor and track program progress and outcomes
    • Identify and address issues and risks that may impact program delivery

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in non-profit, preferred
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
    • Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
