    Job Summary

    Are you ready to spearhead the evolution of digital products in the luxury travel industry? As our Digital Product Manager, you'll be at the helm, driving the development, launch, and optimization of groundbreaking digital solutions for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. You'll orchestrate seamless collaborations with internal and external teams, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead a dynamic team through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to rollout, ensuring every step aligns with our strategic objectives.
    • Craft compelling user stories and develop a robust product roadmap rooted in thorough research, data analysis, and market insights.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative digital solutions, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
    • Continuously gather and integrate feedback from guests, developers, and stakeholders to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, including usage, user feedback, and KPIs.
    • Drive next-generation products for web and mobile applications.
    • Deliver impactful presentations and reports to executive management, showcasing the progress and impact of our digital initiatives.
    • Manage app store and/or google play version release process, including drafting release notes and maintaining the app store pages across all locals.
    • Define, develop, and manage A/B or multi-variant tests.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing
    • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management/Product Ownership within an Agile environment across web and mobile
    • Travel or hospitality industry experience a plus
    • Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading technical teams
    • Expertise in tools like Figma, Aha, Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization knowledge is a plus
    • Strong project management capabilities and a results-oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of digital products
    • Experience in consumer-facing digital strategies, innovation, and deployment
    • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and driving informed decisions
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects with finesse
    • Proven track record of building consensus and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
