**Your responsibilities

As a Recruiter (m/f/d) in Human Relations / HR
Target Group Recruiting, you will join us with a completed training as a personnel clerk, office manager or a comparable degree in business, social sciences, psychology or a related field.
Ideally, you already have practical experience in human resources, preferably in recruiting.
You are proficient in MS Office applications and SAP knowledge is also very helpful.
You impress with your communication skills and have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
You have strong analytical skills, are serviceoriented and have a great sense of empathy when dealing with various stakeholders.

Your profile

You are a specialist in the job profiles sought by KPMG and independently accompany the recruitment process. You always keep an eye on the needs of your departments and ensure the achievement of recruiting goals.
You identify and activate the appropriate recruiting channels for the target group of entrylevel professionals. For this, you work closely with the central personnel marketing and university marketing team and the regional university coordinators.
With your recruiting knowhow, you advise management on all issues related to talent acquisition.
