    Description
    Insight Global is looking for a Portfolio Program Manager in Ft Meade, MD.

    Your role involves acting as the primary link between the weapons Portfolio and the broader Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture integration effort.

    Responsibilities include strategic planning, operational coordination, policy formulation, and resource management.

    As the director or lead on intricate projects and contracts, you'll provide updated technical, managerial, and contractual insights to the Government.

    Ensuring consistent implementation of methodologies like AGILE and maintaining overall continuity among personnel working on this task order (TO) are also part of your responsibilities.

    Additionally, you'll contribute to the creation, presentation, dissemination, and adherence to the Strategic Vision.

    Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related fields
    Possess subject matter expertise in change management and process improvement

    10-15 years management experience in a technical field

    Demonstrated experience in setting up JIRA and Confluence capabilities

    Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related fields

    Familiar with SAFe (Agile Frameworks) implementation and best practices

    Familiar with Atlassian tool suite

    TS/SCI with CI or Scope Poly within 4 years
