Location(s):Virginia, Pentagon (Main Campus)
Hours:Regular Full-Time

Clearance Requirements:

Shall possess a TOP SECRET w/ SCI Eligible security clearance at the time of the award._

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Contract Program Manager shall be the primary liaison to the Government for all areas associated with this contract as well as manage the work schedules and activities performed by the contract employees.
Provide contract Draft and Final Transition Plans.
Provide Staffing Management Plan of all assigned contractor staff.
Provide Monthly Status Report that captures or summarizes completed tasks, staffing status, financials (to include labor, travel, and equipment ODC funds), and any issues/challenges encountered within 10 days after the end of the month.
Provide Project planning and facilitate implementation of governmentapproved projects.
Participate in authorized onsite meetings; prepare and present briefings on progress of work, prepare white papers and draft responses to ITrelated data calls, as requested by the Government Task Monitors.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify collaborative responsibilities and support process interaction with other Government and contractor IT groups. Present SOPs to the Government Task Monitors for review and approval prior to implementation.
Facilitate integration with established DISA processes and procedures.
LCR MCDO SAP system
Establish/Design/Implement SAP solution for OMC-CA

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Management, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Assurance, or IT related field.

Minimum Experience:

10+ years IT Program Management experience
7+ years of experience leading tasks of a similar size/scope

Required Certifications:

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and one of the following DoD M and a minimum of one of the following certifications:
CompTIA Security Plus Continuing Education (CE),
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Continuing Education (CE), or
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
