    Job DescriptionVACO Atlanta has partnered with one of our clients in Duluth, GA, to assist with hiring a Compenstion Analyst. This is a permanent, direct hire position with 100% onsite requirements with hybrid potential. The Compensation Analyst role entails analyzing compensation and various human resource programs and initiatives.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze compensation and HR programs.
    • Conduct various studies and prepare reports.
    • Collaborate with different departments.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Assist with special projects.
    • Support merit and performance appraisal processes.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or HR.
    • 1-2+ years of analyst experience.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • HR admin experience preferred.
    • SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
    • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce a plus.
