Summary

  • The Contract Care Specialist is responsible for handling all contract dealings including new contracts, renewals, billing frequency changes, upgrades and downgrades. This position requires the specialist to be detail oriented and have excellent follow up skills. This position reports to the Contract Care Lead.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works cases through Omni channel and completes them in a timely manner.
  • Processes new contracts, renewals, and billing frequency changes.
  • Responsible for all upgrades and upgrade txt campaigns.
  • Responsible for payment declines up to day 10.
  • Builds collaborative working relationships with coaches, Coaching Services and CS Representatives.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures.
  • Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees.
  • Handles changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority.
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Works under general direction of the Contract Care Lead.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree; or minimum three years' relevant experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Detailoriented with excellent followup skills
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively to obtain desired results
  • Must be able to manage, organize and update relevant data using CRM software system (Salesforce) and corporate website
  • Must be organized, punctual and responsible
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently

Language Skills

  • Fluent English language skills written, reading and verbal. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Computer Skills

Physical Demands

  • This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sitting, lifting ( 25 pounds), finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.

Work Environment

  • Welllighted, heated and/or airconditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
The office work environment can be boisterous. Attire is business casual.


Travel

  • Hardly ever. May be required to travel overnight by car or air to support various events sometimes working in excess of eight (8) hours/day.
