- Schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Take an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads and generating referrals
- Conduct 45 minute to 1 hour phone consultations with real estate agents each day
- Help agents to find a solution to their problems and enroll them in a coaching program or sign them up for an SaaS product
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the value of coaching
- Generate and track new leads in Salesforce database
- Attend regular sales meetings with team leads and other consultants to discuss innovative ways to effectively sell coaching packages to agents
- Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedures
- Coachable and with the desire to continually grow and learn
- Passion for relationship building and selling
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong presentation and objection handling skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
- Excellent organization and time management capabilities

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degrees are preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role
- 2 weeks of paid training and on-going professional development
- 3 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays
