    Come work with the Pillar to Post Larsen Team Pillar to Post is the largest home inspection company in the nation, and as a franchise The Larsen Team has been serving the Salt Lake area for over 20 years We pride ourselves on taking great care of our clients, agents, and employees.

    We are looking to bring on a new inspector to keep up with our growing business. We are looking for a motivated individual, with extreme attention to detail who loves helping people.

    Compensation:

    Salary or commission options are available

    · Salary from $50,000 /year to $70,000+ depending on experience

    · Opportunity to make more from the start if you would prefer a commission pay structure

    · Company vehicle will be provided after 6 month probationary period

    Paid training

    Reports To

    The home inspector will report to the general manager and owner.

    Job Overview

    The home inspector will be responsible for performing home inspections to a high level, in a detailed and complete manner. The home inspector will also need to thoroughly explain and show findings to clients in a way that they can understand.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Performing a full home inspection, and completing a thorough, detailed report to the Pillar to Post standards

    · Provide an excellent client experience by being friendly and professional at all times

    · Providing a thorough verbal review with the client(s)/agents and answering questions in a complete and easy to understand manner

    · Completing added services, such as radon, meth, mold, and allergen sampling.

    · Maintaining company equipment including cameras, tools, electronics, etc (possibly including vehicles).

    · Maintaining home cleanliness and personal appearance consistent with the Pillar to Post brand standards

    · Sending reports and information as well as following up on phone calls and messages from clients, realtors and office in a timely manner

    · Maintaining good relationships with realtors to foster return business

    · Other duties as assigned by office staff and managers

    Qualifications

    · High school diploma or greater

    · Strong customer service, ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times

    · Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis

    · Comfortable using ladders to access attics and roofs

    · Comfortable accessing tight spaces such as crawlspaces and attics

    · Self-motivated, dependable, organized individual with attention to detail

    · Reliable transportation to get to and from inspections in various locations daily

    · Clean driving record

    · Familiarity with ipad and general ability to use other electronics
