    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Data Entry Specialist at Roseark Los Angeles. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing accurate data entry tasks and maintaining database systems. They will also provide administrative assistance and exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues. This role will be located in our headquarters in West Hollywood for two days a week and remote for the rest.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in typing and computer literacy
    • Experience in administrative assistance
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the luxury jewelry industry is a plus
