- Work with Manager to develop and maintain contract templates standard operating procedures and best practices to streamline the contract management process.
- Review contract documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with Commonwealth policies regulations and legal requirements.
- Work closely with vendors on bid submission and completion of all required contract award documents and forms.
- Serve as point of contact for select vendors who respond to issued RFR request for response for goods and services internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contractrelated matters.
- Working with supervisor manage vendor relationships resolving issues and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations.
- Maintain the integrity of procurement files and related documents ensuring accurate recordkeeping and version control.
- Track contract milestones deadlines and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance.
