    Program Coordinator


    Location:
    Boston, MA 02116

    Duration: 1 Year (Possible extension)

    Job Duties

    Provide support to client's contract lifecycle management from initiation to closure, including contract execution, amendments, and renewals.

    Work with Manager to develop and maintain contract templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices to streamline the contract management process.

    Review contract documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with Client policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
    Work closely with vendors on bid submission and completion of all required contract award documents and forms.

    Serve as point of contact for select vendors who respond to issued RFR (request for response) for goods and services, internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contract-related matters.

    Working with supervisor, managing vendor relationships, resolving issues and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations.
    Maintain the integrity of procurement file(s) and related documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping and version control.
    Track contract milestones, deadlines and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance.
