We are currently looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for our client in Stevensville, MD, specializing in supply technology and civil engineering.

Tasks:

You lead and take responsibility for complex projects in the areas of district heating and district cooling through all phases of the HOAI
Participation in procurement procedures
Coordination and management of internal and external project participants
Monitoring of quality, deadlines and costeffective project processing
Contract management and cost control
Maintenance of internal processes and documentation

Qualifications:

Completed degree in engineering (m/f/d) with a focus on civil engineering, process engineering or as a construction, environmental or water engineer (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the implementation of projects in pipeline construction
Basic knowledge of CAD software
Knowledge of VOB and all phases of the HOAI
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
