What to expect:


  • Your responsibilities include managing employer accounts from account creation to completion of contribution accounts
  • You will primarily handle the collection and enforcement procedures for corporate clients and selfpayers, as well as tracking temporarily deferred contributions
  • You will provide intensive counseling to delinquent debtors on options for settling payment arrears and negotiating installment agreements, as well as monitoring incoming payments

What we are looking for:


  • You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or have equivalent qualifications with work experience in the contribution area of a statutory health insurance fund
  • You work in a resultsoriented and customeroriented manner
  • You are dedicated, have good teamwork skills, and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • You are empathetic and have a certain affinity for numbers
  • Good knowledge of ISKV 21c|ng and MS Office is an advantage
