Your responsibilities:

You support your store manager in all aspects of managing, organizing, and motivating your team of 2040 employees
This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes, as well as working handson on the sales floor
You are responsible for inventory management and represent the store manager in their absence
Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our store concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry, with previous leadership experience in a similar responsible position
Team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits:

Aboveaverage salary of 2,85 3,626 €/month (fulltime) plus vacation and Christmas bonus
Permanent employment contract and 6 weeks of vacation per year
