- Support the day to day operations of the Co-respond Team located at Logan Airport
- Assist with coordinating referrals by communicating fully and effectively with referral sources to facilitate prompt and comprehensive responsiveness.
- Coordinate with collateral providers and community partners such as health care providers, outpatient behavioral health providers, recovery coaches, etc.
- Perform referral, outreach and engagement activities with program participants, including follow-up appointments for mobile crisis visits.
- Under the supervision of a manager, identify risk and behavioral crisis needs and bring to the attention of clinical staff and or State Police as appropriate and as needed.
- Meet individually with program participants as indicated to complete intake paperwork, and address administrative or collateral communication needs, etc.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, as directed, to assist with tracking clinical information, collateral communication, client assignments, etc. .
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Expressive Therapies, or related field required
- Experience:
- Two years of post-degree experience
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation in EHR systems (such as Epic &eHana)
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of Clinicians, Massport, and the Massachusetts State Police
