Your responsibilities:


Are you passionate about writing and implementing rules in the field of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance? Do you enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders? If so, we are looking for you to join our team in "Group Functions IT" at one of our locations in Hanover, Regensburg, or Eschborn.

As a "Cybersecurity Professional - Rule Management (M/F/divers)", your main tasks will include:

  • Controlling, maintaining, and continuously improving the Cybersecurity Management System Landscape
  • Managing the lifecycle of the Cybersecurity Rule Landscape
  • Defining, managing, controlling, maintaining, and continuously improving rules, procedures, and processes, taking into account internal and external requirements
  • Developing and evolving an efficient and effective regulatory system for cybersecurity
  • Implementing controls and providing training for audits and assessments
  • Handling other daily tasks such as:
  • Identifying, developing, and evaluating security controls to mitigate risks in IT services and projects
  • Conducting security evaluations during the selection phase of IT solutions and providers
  • Supporting Cybersecurity Awareness activities, such as writing blog posts
  • Evaluating and processing Cybersecurity exceptions
  • Participating and representing Cybersecurity in crossfunctional group meetings and councils

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business informatics, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with IT architecture, processes, and service management (ITIL)
