We represent various brands such as VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Hyundai, and Fiat Professional in 26 car dealerships.

With over 85 years of experience, the Glinicke Automotive Group, based in Kassel, employs more than 1,600 employees, including 200 apprentices, in its dealerships.

We are currently looking for a
Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our dealership in Baunatal.


Your responsibilities

  • Customeroriented acceptance and processing of service orders
  • Individual support for customers and their vehicles
  • Handling and evaluation of warranty and goodwill claims
  • Creating binding cost estimates and ensuring service quality

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Certification as a service advisor (m/f/d) is desirable
  • Several years of experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Commitment and teamwork
  • High level of service and customer orientation
