Responsibilities:

Complete management and overall responsibility for construction projects from planning to timely execution and acceptance
Leading a team of construction managers or project teams in project preparation and construction management for our projects in the Rhein-Main and Southern Germany region, ensuring compliance with contract, schedule, cost, and quality requirements, as well as safety and environmental regulations
Providing technical advice to planning, project development, and procurement teams regarding optimization, technical alternative solutions, material and method usage, and environmental and cost considerations
Optimizing projects during the preparation phase
Supporting the procurement and preparation departments in acquiring subcontractor services, suppliers, specialist planners, and other services required for the projects
Collaborating with the soil management department to find optimal and costeffective solutions for the disposal of excavation materials, in cooperation with soil experts, authorities, and subcontractors
Working with the estimation department during the bidding phase, particularly in contract review and bid coordination

Qualifications:

Degree in construction engineering, training as a construction technician, or equivalent qualification
Strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and crossfunctional thinking
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction manager, with at least 3 years as a senior construction manager in the construction industry
High level of independence and initiative
Negotiation skills and assertiveness, professional expertise, and commercial understanding
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Enthusiasm for this leadership role
