Description of Duties:
The Task Order (TO) Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
STIM is a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements.
TO point of contact responsible for interfacing with MDA and TO stakeholders and customers throughout the TO life cycle; provide on-the-ground communications and coordination, advocate for TO priorities, and perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.
Ensures coordination, communication, and integration among the other STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure success for the TO and the program.
Internally coordinates and integrates across the contract with the Jacobs Team Department Directors to identify and integrate resources to meet stakeholder needs for their assigned TOs.
Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools.The candidate will:
This position is expected to pay $156,000 - $181,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
