Description
McKinley Marketing Partners is working alongside a well known hospitality brand and together we are seeking Business Analysts to join the global marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.
Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.This is a 6 month W2 contract. You are eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401K plans through McKinley Marketing Partners.
Responsibilities
Communicate with business operations manager and internal teams
Process and track invoices
Prepare monthly billing file
Update weekly utilization report
Track and report data
Perform updates/implement reporting changes to project management tool
Manage and distribute timesheets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Ability to work with large data sets
Able to work quickly and multi-task
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
