- Support users and vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues with applications and completing work requests. Provide ongoing support for software workflows, custom forms, SQL queries, and other controls.
- Test, debug, and ensure proper utilization of new enhancements or system updates before implementation. Conduct thorough tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. Participate in designing, testing, and implementing solutions for integrated systems.
- Create, maintain, and document processes and applications. Keep procedures up-to-date and recommend changes. Assist in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing.
- Collaborate with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to understand requirements and goals. Resolve business systems issues and work with the Technology department on analyzing and testing new system enhancements. Help establish work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Contribute to project plans development and support management in tracking and reporting customer service projects.
- Cross train with team members for backup, attend necessary training sessions.
- Between three to five years of relevant experience, including preparatory experience.
- College degree in a related field.
