To strengthen our team at our location in Bad Vilbel, we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner for Personnel and Organizational Development (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Strategic personnel development:
Participation in the central development of strategic personnel development (e.g. leadership development, strategic competency management, talent management, etc.) together with the Senior HR Business Partner for PE/OE
Development and conception of longterm personnel development strategies and measures
Professional consulting and support for managers and employees in matters of personnel development, career development, and succession planning
Development and implementation of personnel development programs for individual promotion
Driving and implementing advanced digital tools for employee development and elearning
Active participation in HR projects for continuous improvement of employee satisfaction, retention, and collaboration

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on personnel development, personnel management, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in personnel and organizational development and comprehensive knowledge of strategic PE topics and instruments, preferably in a production environment
A strong sense for people, combined with enthusiasm for current trends and modern methods in the field of personnel development and talent promotion
Interest in innovative, digital learning methods and the ability to effectively plan and implement
