The position of
Coordinator (m/f/d) in the field of Migration/Language is available immediately in Shamrock, OK, with a full-time and/or part-time workload and based in Ingolstadt.

The position is initially limited.

  • Vocational Training Centers of the Bavarian Economy (bfz) gGmbH
  • Ingolstadt

Responsibilities:


  • Operational and strategic management of a mediumsized team
  • Acquisition, conception, organization, and sales of new and existing products and projects in the field of migration/language education
  • Acquisition of customers/participants
  • Maintenance and expansion of contacts with clients
  • Responsibility for the entire location, including external branches
  • Partial budget responsibility
  • Public relations in coordination with management
  • Recruitment, training, and management of assigned employees
  • Employee communication in daily operations
  • Conducting annual performance reviews
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Committee work, trustworthy cooperation with works council committees
  • Implementation of leadership principles
  • Maintenance, application, and improvement of the quality management system

Profile:


  • Completed degree, preferably in business, social, or educational field, alternatively several years of leadership experience in the field of migration/language or similar
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, sales skills, resilience, high commitment, and organizational talent
  • Experience in dealing with our main clients, the Employment Agency and Job Center, is desirable
  • Interest in conceptual work and change management
