Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
This includes but is not limited to:

Manage daily activity and monthly reconciliation of 15 bank accounts
Timely monthly general ledger closing, including posting of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare workpapers and other documents to support internal and external audits
File monthly and quarterly Sales Tax reports
Prepare Census Reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely posting of cash transactions
Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience
Previous experience with general ledger activity
Demonstrate strong understanding of process flows
Must be proficient in Excel
CPA a Plus

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Salary range $63,000.00-$68,000.00 per annum
