Description

Starting range $25 - $27 / per hour

M - F 8:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties:

Assist Sales with the following:


  • Price T&M work tickets as they come in
  • Write Proposal letters of T&M work tickets
  • Keep track of all Extras and Change Orders for projects
  • Have, or be willing to obtain Notary Public Commission
Subcontractor Tracking

  • Make sure all Subs have all of their paperwork correctly executed and turned in for each project they are working on
  • Contracts, COI's (keeping them up to date on projects lasting over a year), CCIP/OCIP's if necessary
  • Keep track of all incoming subs billing for each project monthly
  • Make sure the project manager has received the billing and that they have approved them
  • Make sure approved billings have been submitted to Purchasing for Purchase order numbers
  • Once a billing is approved, send releases of liens for each payment to the Subs for execution and return
  • Letting Accounts Payable know when they can release payment as lien releases are returned to us
  • Keep track of Subs Change Orders for each project

Human Resource Support Duties:

Responsible for performing administrative functions for staff using initiative, professionalism and judgment. Must be able to deal with staff and visitors while maintaining confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Set up and generate a variety of HR reports
  • Employee File creation, W/C files, Auto files
  • Track expiration dates of documents of employees
  • Maintain I9 binders
  • HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager
  • Must attend work regularly according to schedule
  • MUST have a professional work ethic
  • Other duties as assigned
years administrative background (Some HR a plus)

  • MS office 5 years
