Vaco Boston is partnered with our client who is looking for an Associate Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for positions. A high level of energy and competency is required. This role will be remote during contract, and become hybrid (3 days in office) once perm.
Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values, and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of previous experience in recruiting
Knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
