Join the ba&sh family and embark on a brilliant career as a Store Manager. In this role, you will lead, supervise, and develop a dynamic sales team.

You will represent the company and take on key responsibilities such as managing the store, driving team performance and sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing your knowledge and skills with the team.

You will also oversee all non-sales activities related to the smooth functioning of the store and work to enhance the brand's image.

Your daily tasks will include setting an example for sales techniques, maintaining the store's appearance and merchandising, driving business goals, and managing the store and team administratively and personally.
