C++ Engineer - Permanent - Hybrid Working

C++ Engineer with experience developing highly complex low-latency systems is needed for a top Financial Services company undergoing a major IT transformation in Russellville. The company has been a key player in the Munich trading and commodities market for over 200 years. This IT transformation aims to bring all major IT systems in-house, positioning the organization at the forefront of trading technology.

As a C++ developer, you will be skilled in producing high-quality code for low-latency, mission-critical systems. This could include C++ for aerospace, retail, or deeply complex low-latency systems. Joining the IT transformation at its early stages, you will be part of a diverse and talented development team, gaining exposure to the full development life cycle, DevOps, CI/CD, and unit testing. This team comes from various backgrounds, not all in Financial Services.

The team is currently working on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the Munich office and the rest working remotely from home. This position offers a highly competitive salary within a company known for its generous bonus culture.

Skills:
