As a Senior Producer (m/f/d) with a focus on visual implementation and art direction, you will guide film projects through all production phases together with our creative team, ensuring a perfect end result.

Your responsibilities:

You independently plan and manage film productions such as B2B storytelling formats, brand movies, and social media formats
You develop creative concepts for film projects, including creating treatments and storyboards
You act as the central interface between the agency, production partners, and clients
You advise your clients on ideas, implementation, timing, and budget
You conduct research, expand and manage the network of external production partners
You oversee our film shoots and take on production management on site
You are responsible for rights management and coordinate postproduction
You handle budgeting and budget monitoring, as well as project and quality management
You continuously develop our film team and internal processes

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in film or a related field
You have several years of professional experience in the film industry
You have indepth knowledge of all phases of film production, with a focus on visual implementation and art direction
