HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Sparring partner (m/f/d) for executives and employees (m/f/d) in all HRrelated issues
Providing all HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, references, certificates), as well as managing personnel files and verifying the accuracy of master data in HR systems
Ensuring proper payroll processing
Reporting to accounting (reimbursements and evaluations)
Managing the recruiting process (posting, preselection, interviews, etc.)
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding, as well as employee support
Managing the company's fleet
Optimizing specific HR standards and processes, as well as project support in the digitalization process / implementation of an HRM
