- Operational System Monitoring: Coordinates and carries out operational and day-to-day activities to ensure stakeholder and leadership expectations are met.
- System Design and Analysis: Assists in the design, implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and monitoring of the MFMP applications and provides oversight of MFMP software, systems, hardware, integrations, and website.
- Implementation of strategic functional and technical projects.
- Research and Analysis: Independently conducts technical research and analysis regarding the MFMP system to provide customer service and consultative assistance to internal stakeholders.

This position is located in Tallahassee, FL
Position Overview:
The primary function of this position is to serve as a MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) functional and technical analyst, supporting the program and its stakeholders in all subject matters of the eProcurement System. The incumbent will be expected to analyze system defects and change requests with a strategic mindset and coordinate with a diverse stakeholder group, ensuring system defect resolutions and change request implementations provide a high level of value enterprise wide.
This position is also responsible for monitoring the overall technical performance of the eProcurement system, MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP), confirming its availability and response time to support the State of Florida's procure-to-pay processes, including strategic sourcing, contracting, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and reporting. Success requires facilitation of cross-functional, enterprise-wide process improvement teams to achieve significant and measurable benefits. This effort directly advances the agency's mission - to deliver innovative, resource-saving solutions to continually improve customer service.
