Description

Riam Recruiting has partnered with a non-profit health services company focusing on the underserved Asian community by providing "whole patient health." This includes primary care services, including mental health, case management, nutrition, and dental care.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, our client seeks a Behavioral Health Clinical Director for their Integrated Behavioral Health department to join their team in Oakland, CA.

The position oversees 2 Supervisors and 20-25 clinical and administrative staff. The pay range is $130k-$140k. Initally the position will report to Oakland but will have the opportunity to go Hybrid. The Behavioral Health Clinical Director is responsible for clinical supervision, training, and oversight of clinical program staff.

In addition, the clinical manager assists with program management, productivity monitoring, and liaising with funders and carries a small caseload, providing direct services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintain valid California professional license in good standing in LCSW
Eligible to provide clinical supervision for licensed registered staff.
Knowledge of Behavioral Health documentation/billing/operations and HIPAA standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Clinical Supervisory experience in behavioral health setting supervising licensed registered and case manager level staff.
Program management experience in a behavioral health setting.
Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian Language.
Knowledge of cultural issues, community resources, and family dynamics.
