- Defines the detailed product and marketing specifications and alignment with all stakeholders (Operations, R&D, Sales, Quality, Marketing) and implements Pro Launch timeline and manages progress with support of Program Management and Engineering
- Sets and manages market price & margin strategy for new products in coordination with the sales and pricing teams.
- Assist the Supply Chain and Demand Plan teams in monthly forecasts and planning sessions to help drive operational capacity and on-time service commitments.
- Contribute to design and format planning for all product line marketing collateral, (i.e., Brochures, Specification Sheets, Agent Sales Guides, and Distributor Price Schedules).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 5 or more years of product or marketing management experience within the lighting or electrical industry space
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
