Description
Optimal Home Care is looking for our next Hybrid Therapy Supervisor join our team here in our Denver office and half in the field We are looking for a Physical Therapist to fill this role. We are looking for someone to work three days in office and two in the field completing visits.

Purpose:
The overall goal of this position is to oversee the therapy program and home care staff (employee and contractors) of the clinical department. As directed by the Clinical Manager, the Therapy Supervisor will set and implement guidelines for home health clinical programs. The role will focus on providing supervisorial support in both the office and the field through chart audits, staff coaching, staff competency reviews, and performing occasional patient visits as the need arises. The job will focus in providing supervisorial support including field visits with staff, training, chart audits, staff and competency reviews. The other focus will be in assisting field staff with case review and patient oversight.

This position has a base salaried between $80,000-$85,000 annually. Visits are paid per visit in addition.
