The
Children's Clinic Schömberg is offering a position for you as
Director of Occupational Therapy (m/f/d) in an interdisciplinary team with over 150 employees, starting on April 1, 2024.

Full-time or part-time (minimum 80%), permanent position.

Take on the leadership of our occupational therapy team

Your responsibilities

Occupational therapy treatment of children and adolescents with complex disabilities
Professional and disciplinary management of the occupational therapy department, including therapy organization, scheduling, and personnel management
Organization of collaboration with doctors and other departments of the hospital and participation in interdisciplinary projects

Your profile

Completed occupational therapy education, with professional experience, preferably in leadership positions
Interest and joy in working with our sometimes severely affected patients and their families
Leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
Dedicated work in an interdisciplinary and multiprofessional team
Teamwork and independent, selfdirected work style
