- Identify promising markets, explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and formulate outbound business and sales strategies to attract potential leads and secure deals
- Utilize active listening and value-based selling techniques to connect with customers, guide them through the sales process, and close transactions
- Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating referrals
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all available products, services, and promotions specific to various markets
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Account Manager to develop your sales pipeline, pursue leads, engage in cold-calling, and foster customer relationships for future cross-selling endeavors
- Participate actively in outbound sales and business development initiatives, contribute to creating essential tools, provide feedback to identify and resolve any issues within the sales process or account management
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although not mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or customer service, demonstrating consistent high performance

We are currently seeking a dynamic Entry Level Account Manager who is quick to learn, solution-focused, and excels in overcoming obstacles. You will represent our clients and play a key role in our sales team, with the opportunity to contribute directly to our company's success.
You will undergo a comprehensive 3-4 week onboarding and training program where you will receive foundational business and sales education, understand our client's expansion goals, familiarize yourself with their range of products and services, and undergo compliance and client confidentiality training.
