    Description

    Work Flexibility:

    Remote or Hybrid or OnsiteAs a Senior Marketing Associate for Stryker Upper Extremities, you will help define the strategy for the shoulder arthroplasty downstream marketing team.

    What you will do Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknessesUnderstand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or serviceAdvocate on the customer's behalf and influence product or portfolio changes based on customer feedbackSupport in the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiativesWork proactively with market research to collect customer insights for segmentationResponsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioningPrioritize marketing initiatives appropriately given product or portfolio goal and metricApply market data, uses planning tools, and seek expert opinions when analyzing channel strategiesIs the subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions.

    some products are more technical than others and will take longer to get to SME status]Incorporate new products into ongoing sales/medical education curriculumAssess business/sales trends and communicate to key stakeholders responsible for productionResponsible for setting price and maintaining product or portfolio marginPartner with Marketing Communications to develop a communications approach for the product or portfolioUnderstand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implicationsTrack and report results/KPIs to leadership and salesWhat you need Bachelor's degree requiredMBA preferred2+ years of work experience required2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills$67,400 - $136,200salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.

    Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
