- Assist the operation's owner with daily administrative duties, such as communicating with customers, scheduling project estimate appointments, etc.
- Maintain a good general knowledge of flooring products and services offered
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Vendor management and coordination of office supplies and services
- Office management, including maintaining office equipment and facilities
- Calendar management for executives and team members when needed
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, RFMS, or other flooring-centric software programs)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
