We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our international IT company in Böblingen (near Stuttgart) on a permanent basis. All genders are welcome to apply.

What to expect:

  • Consulting and support for our international customers on technical questions or issues with our products
  • Professional communication with our customers
  • Analysis, categorization, and prioritization of incoming requests in the ticket system, as well as timely resolution of issues
  • Independent work and collaboration with other support team members through the CRM ticket system (CAS Genesisworld)
  • Training and further education on Vista West products/technologies and soft skills for personal development
  • Working with cloud/web technologies and established technical standards, with room for creativity and individual problem-solving approaches
  • Minimum of 2-3 days per week in the Böblingen office

What you bring:

  • Degree in IT or a comparable education in the IT field, with professional experience in IT
  • Thorough knowledge of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and experience with Linux
