The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is a provider of statutory pension insurance in Germany with approximately 3,800 employees in the main administration in Düsseldorf, 12 regional service centers in the districts of Düsseldorf and Cologne, as well as six rehabilitation clinics.

For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland in the Infrastructure Services division is seeking a specialist for document workflow at the Düsseldorf location as soon as possible.

Specialist for Document Workflow (m/f/d)

The Archive Competence Center (KC) is responsible for operating the ECM systems for providing electronic documents. Furthermore, within the scope of document digitization, the support and administration of the software components used in the scanning centers is ensured.

The tasks include in particular:

  • Analysis and determination of architecture principles and models for the platforms to be operated in the areas of electronic archiving, printing, and technical data flows
  • Conception and planning of a document hub and corresponding monitoring
  • Coordination of the involved committees, subsystems, work and project groups at the federal level
  • Conceptual responsibility for the provided special solutions in the application area and quality assurance during the life cycle of these solutions
